Tom gave me new towels for Mother's Day, which I just used for the first time. They're those super-sized bath towels. Man are they huge! When I drape one across my shoulders it hangs down far enough to cover my ass, isn't that cool? Or is that how towels always are for short people? *ducks*
I am also getting my hair cut and foiled today. Since it's summer I think I will get more highlights and less lowlights. Now that it is hot season I want that hair off my neck! I used to want it long enough to put into a pony tail when the weather was hot but now I think ponytails give me a headache. So chop-chop and bye-bye hair!

We received giant towels as a gift last year. I love them...but I wrap my hair in a towel after the shower & the giant ones are too big. They fall off my head.

I lvoe giant towels! I can't stand those little bath towels. Sometimes I use beach towels for after showering ...and I'm a short person.
A new hairdo will still feature my old face, so pics may not be forthcoming.
Maybe add a pedicure to the hair day?
I love big towels, too. I use a "bath sheet" for my body and a regular towel for my hair. Perfect system. :)

Nookie, our local Marshall Field's is transforming into a Macy's and they are getting rid of all kinds of things that have a Field's "flavor" so the towels were less than half price.
I like my cut. I like how the highlights came out. If I hadn't been rained upon in the Target parking lot on my way home I would be feeling quite pretty just now. But, my umbrella? Was not in the car. The rain? She poured down.
New hair dos are fun. New towels are fun too.
