Hey Kim!

I was in Wisconsin this weekend and noticed that they spray paint all the deer carcasses on I-94 bright pink. What's up with that? Here in MN we just drag them off into the brush where they compost away.

I was in WhiskeyOnSin because Mr Swami's mom was hospitalized with congestive heart failure. His brother dropped by the farm one morning and found her very ill and dizzy, called 911. She looked remarkably improved after just a couple of days. She is in a nursing & rehap center now because the docs do not want to release her to live alone on the farm again.

Mr Swami has this week off. We plan to hang out, maybe see a movie and eat out just about every night. Well, the every night is my plan. He's thinking "a few times". He also has not yet seen my little mini-vacation Do List for him. It's not a big list but I do have some pent-up needs!

A "rehap center" must be where they make you all happy again. I need one of those some days!

Where in Wisconsin were you? I was in the Central Wisconsin farm belt. Where the cheese comes from.

Easy there on Mr. Swami. We don't want him very ill and dizzy.

Glad to hear that your MIL is doing better.

I was in Lake Geneva, site of the upcoming wedding. It was my first time in Wisconsin. We were there for just a few hours to check out the place and a few vendors.

Wisconsin AND nursing homes...it's like you were channeling me.

We hope if we paint the deer hot pink, little girls will quit wearing such copious amounts of the color.

Have fun with Tom (like we need to tell YOU that)...sorry his mom isn't doing well!

Sorry to hear about Tom's mom. Hope she's doing better.

I find the idea of hot pink dead deer amusing.
