1. Daffodils. The daffodils over my septic tank are about to bloom. Spring is here! I like my septic tank garden. The bulbs come up early, I can carry over zone 5 plants in a zone 4 climate, and ever since that spillage incident of a few years ago the soil is extremely fertile.
2. Dwarf Vomit. If I have to watch Charla hurl one more time I am going to personally upchuck into a ziplock and mail it to CBS. That'll show 'em.
3. My New Shower Curtain is so pretty! It looks like one foot, quilted squares of lizard and snake skin in shades of grey-brown and brown. The fabric is one of those microfiber things, very heavy and with a brushed, textured finish. The squares are sewn together (not printed). Mr. Swami is so happy. How many guys have a leather shower curtain?
4. Chili. Mr. Swami was quite fartulent last night. That'll teach me to make extra spicey chili.
5. Mr. Swami thinks pears should be eaten when they are green and crunchy. So I had 3 pears in my fruit bowl this weekend that finally - just last night - looked ready to eat. I was thinking sliced pear for breakfast! But Mr. Swami evidently took all 3 pears to work for his lunch. Why? Why take all three? We had apples. We had oranges. We had bananas. We had strawberries. We had kiwi...
6. It's still rainy here. I like rain but I have 2 more bird houses to hang and ladders are so iffy in muddy soil.
7. The ice-maker on my frige was broken for 4 days. I tried everything I could think of to make it work then finally called the repair shop on Friday. Saturday morning it miraculously started working. Now I have to remember to call the repair man off before he arrives later today and charges me for the trip.
8. Baby needs new shoes. Baby is 21 y.o., 6' 2" and wears size 12W, lol.
9. I have wanted jelly beans ever since Monsty asked what my favorite flavor was. Nice Jelly Bellies - not those thick-skinned things that they sell in bags at the grocer's, and not those Starburst flavored ones - they're gross. Nice, tiny little Jelly Bellies with flavors like Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, and Tutti Fruiti. I can't remember where to buy them locally anymore.
10. I never did answer MTW's religious question on his blog. Maybe I'll do my (long) answer for an over-Easter blog entry. Would that be too annoying?
Oops - I did ten things! Usually I stop at 9. Sorry.

Pears should be eaten when soft. Not mealy, but soft.
Charla looks like vomit. I can not stand her.
LOL. Michelle is not amused when I eat gassy foods. *grin*
I had to buy baby some new shoes today...and he wears a 12, too. Only it's a 12 in kiddo sizes. My 13-year-old wears a 10 in men's. Oy.
I like Starburst Jelly Beans. You can send them all to me.
Speaking as the designated Easter Bunny for this house, there will be no Starburst jelly beans around to send.
mmmm I have sour Starburst jelly beans on my desk.
Charla falling down in armor made me LMAO. I also enjoyed her vomitting. *evil grin*
Please stay off the ladder for now. Make sure it's safe.
Oh, and pears are icky when they are soft. I need them super hard, like all my fruit. Slightly unripened
And there should be a period after that last word. Also, is unripened the way it should be written? *head tilt*
Hmmmmm, I should sprinkle some wild flower seeds over our septic tank.
*shudder* Why oh why do they have to show us Charla with spittle on her mouth. *barf*
Fartulent. LOL.
Ewwwwwww I don't like green bears. I like them yellow and soft. I love pears.
I need new shoes.
Pears should not be crispy at all. They should have a tart taste and definitely must not be mealy.
Jelly Bellies - the best flavors are plum, pear, and my favorite combination is two red apple beans and one sizzling cinnamon bean - I call it "candy apple"! Yum!
Religion - I have more to post. Mine was only an intro. I'd love to see what you have to say about the topic, but if you disagree with me, then you ARE wrong! ;-)
