I Am Deeply, Deeply Disturbed and POed This Morning!

Those stoopid bus turds at CBS are going to put TAR on after 60 Minutes this fall. Which means after football ends, whenever that is, they will go right into 60 Minutes, and then TAR will follow at whatever the heck time it winds up getting. Thus it will be impossible to record TAR accurately on DISH. I hate that! Football always runs over by about 40 minutes. Always! Why don't they just build a 20 minute highlights or interview segment into their schedule and have the following shows (like TAR!) start at a set time!

But no. Now I will have to set my satellite to record a three hour time slot beginning when the show is actually supposed to start, and then hope I get the whole thing.

It drives me nuts. I gave up watching Cold Case because I could never tell when it was going to be on. It's so stupid.

I used to be a football fan but lately I'm not that interested. Most players are too indulged and self-oriented to be interesting people, and I am sick of the owners relentlessly trying to squeeze public money into their private-enterprise stadium building.

Stoopid, stoopid bus turds!

Yes agree...especially since I watch a lot anyway on Sundays. Simpsons, Sopranos(whenever that will come on) or the HBO show that is on then.

LMAO! I read this earlier and had no idea what you meant by bus turds.

Nutz <--- is slow today and likely crazy from the heat.

That does suck!! WTF are they thinking?

I love Cold Case too. The episode where they used all Bruce Springsteen music was my favorite.

I totally agree with every single thing you just said. And of course they are going to show 60 Minutes because of Little Miss Perky going over there.

I had to do the same thing with Cold Case. The best thing that happened to us in that regard was getting the new Tivo for the bedroom. I think I still have 3 Cold Cases to watch.

What are they going to do with Cold Case now?

That's one nice thing about being on the West coast. The games always end by 5pm and they have a couple of hours to "right the schedule".

I've pretty much given up on pro sports for the reasons you mentioned, plus the fact I'd rather live my life than watch it.

Said the reality TV fanantic! ;-)

OK, I knew about TAR moving to Sundays, but I didn't realise it would be after football. This stinks! It's stupid!

Ah! I liked it on Tuedays at 9. Why can't it stay there? I always had to tape it on Wednesdays, because 8 is when my kids start going to bed. There's an hour there of brushing teeth and bedtime stories.
