I? Was supposed to have new tile floors installed in both upstairs bathrooms today. Plumber came at 7 a.m. and pulled the toilets in preparation. Installers showed up at 8 a.m. and said "whuh? huh?" They were simple tile install people. They did not prep floors. My bathrooms need new plywood down, which I totally knew and had discussed with the tile floor estimator guy, who said they would take care of it as needed. Evidently he did not communicate this. So I had to have the plumber guy re-install one toilet and now I am playing the waiting game.
Stupid fucking tile people! I may send them to HD's blog to suck his hairy balls, since he's offering them up today. !? am way too pissed to be mollifyed by a little ball sucking.

Okay, while Blogger was having its little crisis the floor vendor sent over two floor guys, who actually did floor prep. (Real cute guys too.) So they sawed out the old plywood, ripped up some stuff and will come back tomorrow to lay the new plywood. They couldn't lay the new wood today because there were some "drying out" issues.
Tomorrow, the actual floor installers - who only know how to lay tile and maybe scratch their own asses - will also begin their task.
At this rate I will be stuck at home until Wednesday night.

I feel for you. We had major worker issues when we did our tile last year.
You know, my new plumber really does have a nice butt. It's perfectly rounded & muscled. He should turn around and bend over on all his dates.
Waiting on the floor guys right now. And keeping one ear cocked for the DD so I can remind her that if she showers this morning in my bathroom she has to keep the floor dry! DD is one of those people who steps out of the shower dripping wet and shakes like a poodle or something. Not that *I* ever do that! *grins*
In our last rental place, the landloards arranged to get the floors down while we were gone on vacation for a week. We came back to nothing been done. Then they started and we had to camp in the back yard with no warning. Then it rained.
Stupid floor guys. He wasn't cute at all.
