That's what my morning paper said. Men think about it every seven seconds, women romanticize it and teenagers long for the weekend when they might get some.
Not sleeping well. Although I do nap and love my naps. I sleep a couple of hours, wake up for a while, sleep a couple of hours, wake up for a while, and repeat another time. I end up getting enough sleep, but I don't like the waking up in the middle of the night part of it.
Hmm...I wonder if we're all still suffering from the effects of DST? I haven't slept well all week either.
DH is snoozing right now. He was going to try to stay up because he doesn't go to work tonight, but he just couldn't. I kicked him off the couch because I hate it when he naps on the couch and then gets mad that everyone is being noisy. Well, duh. You're in the living room.
My DH is chronically deprived of sleep. He gets about 6 hrs a night and goes full bore all day long; he usually doesn't have time for lunch.
I'm lucky. I work part time from home so I can usually sleep in til 7:15 or 7:30 when Tom is long gone. I went on six hours sleep too when I worked full time. Then when my son got autism he turned out to be one of those kids who never sleep. There was a period of about 8 - 9 years where I don't think I ever got more than about 4 - 5 hours. He'd get up at 2 a.m. and just stay up so that was my fate too. So I figure I'm owed some sleep. I feel bad for Tom though. He needs a two week nap.
I sleep like a rock. I am oblivious to all but the loudest of noises. Usually, I sleep about 7 or 8 hours a night. I love sleep!
One thing I envy are those peeps who can power nap. Mr. Nutz can do that. I cannot sleep at all in the daytime. Unless I am extremely sick. I would be a miserable person if I worked nights.

This week has been horrible for sleep. I am so frickin' tired I can barely keep my eyes open. :( I want a nap! Wahhhhh!
