How To Paint A Table

Step 1 - Locate the damn cat.
Step 2 - Throw the damn cat outside.
Step 3 - Paint table.
Step 4 - Leave room to let table dry.

Do not skip steps one and two.
That is all.

That is also how I do most of my painting.

I'm sorry! I don't mean to laugh. How much damage was done?

Not too much - paint was more tacky than wet, and it was latex so it cleaned off the kitchen floor very nicely.

I just wasn't planning on three coats. And it was black paint.

LOL Sounds like someone was "helping".

You could've picked the cat up like a rubber stamp and made patterns on the table. Oh, you didn't want a cat themed room?

I think cats have the ability to teleport through walls when something really, really needs to be shedded on or stepped on, so I'm not sure 1 and 2 would really work.

LOL. My cats like to walk on the freshly washed kitchen floor.

Luna and Boo use this method for their Stampin' Up projects.
