I've started having hot flashes again. It's very strange.
I suppose an alternate theory is that I'm dying of some rare, evening hot-flash syndrome. Where's Bravie when you need her to explain/theorize stuff like this? I'm the anti-hypochrondriac and will insist that there's nothing wrong with me until I hit the floor, lol.

I've been having them too. One day I thought I was going to have to go home and take a second shower.
I miss Bravie.

I've stopped having night sweats, and am still waiting for the hot flashes to start. Not looking forward to them, and no one ever said they might return.

Try soy and/or black cohash. Evil Wal-Mart has a generic, their Equate estroblend and Spring Valley black cohash which might help.
I hadn't thought about it, but I think my 30s will be my favorite time of life.
